Order for corrective action

After seeing this very amusing Official Ticket over at Pixie Wells’ blog and people asking to get a copy of it I decided I’d put a basic one together. Unfortunately I was in a rush to get this done before work so it doesn’t look as good as the one Pixie got, no pictures or colours and it’s not as funny but still – I could imagine this coming in handy in many DD situations. Order for corrective action
This official order is an authorization of the use of physical disciplinary measures for the identified crimes and behaviour of the convicted.
(name) has been found guilty of the following: Sleeping in, not cleaning up, neglecting partner, nagging and poking, wasting money, sarcasm and attitude, grumpiness, forgetfulness, late/unpunctual, nothing in particular or other.
The punishment for these crimes will be: Hand, paddle, strap or tawse, cane, crop, flogger or other.
The punishment will be executed immediately or at the convenience of the authorizing officer.
The convicted person will follow the instructions given by the authorizing officer including preparing for the delivery of their punishment and removal of clothes if so ordered. Failure to comply will result in additional corrective action.
